Dr. George Tardik B.Sc, N.D. - Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. George Tardik, ND is a Naturopathic Doctor who has authored several articles including Lactoferrin – A Natural Molecule Maybe leading the way as a new Anti-Cancer Agent in Humans, Strain-Specific Probiotics, and New, Emerging and Controversial Risk Factors for Atherosclerotic Vascular Disease.

George is a product developer for the natural health industry, creating the formulas for new products, including HMB Complex to help decrease muscle wasting in seniors and cachexia in cancer patients.  Statin Care was developed by Dr Tardik, to help patients suffering from side effects of with a product to prevent side effects from ‘Statins’ or Cholesterol-lowering medication.  His latest product, English Ivy was developed as an effective cough and cold product that is suitable for the whole family.

Dr. Tardik is a strong advocate for collaborative, patient-focused health care.  He has worked in multi-disciplinary clinics with Gastroenterologists, Uro-Oncologists and Family Physicians. He is devoted to providing his patients with the highest quality of care.

Additionally, George is a council member for the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.  In this role, he works as part of a multi-disciplinary council to guide regulation of Naturopathic Doctors in Ontario, in the public interest.

In addition to his passion for science and medicine, Dr. Tardik is an active tennis player and is a musician who enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with his wife and son.

Dr. Kevin J.McCrae B.Sc, D.C. - Chiropractor

Dr. Kevin McCrae is a Chiropractor, his clinical experience, includes neurological and musculoskeletal complaints resulting from Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), Sports Injury and workplace injury (WSIB).  In addition to treating the weekend warriors, Dr McCrae has helped athletes with rehabilitation programs for knee, shoulder, and spinal surgeries.  Dr M.cCrae has treated athletes at the NCAA, CIS, OHL levels and professional European soccer players.

Dr. McCrae’s sporting passions include hockey, lacrosse, golf, football, rugby, water-skiing and snowboarding.

In 2011, Dr. McCrae gained certification from the Titleist Performance Institute, one of golf’s premier fitness and instructional companies. Additionally, Dr. McCrae has obtained his certification in Graston Technique® and Active Release Technique®.  In his spare time, Dr. McCrae likes to coach AA and AAA hockey.

Marcus Kapteyn MSc. PT, FCAMPT - Physiotherapist

Marcus Kapteyn, is a registered Physiotherapist, who graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University. Originally from Northumberland County, Marcus is happy to have settled in Cobourg with his family.Marcus has completed continuing education in acupuncture and dry needling as well as manual therapy. in 2016 Marcus became a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy by completing his advanced Manual Therapy exam. He is also a member of the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.As a new member of the Living Well team, Marcus has shown his passion for his profession since joining our collaborative multidisciplinary clinic. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports, being active and spending time with wife and two children.

Dr. Sarah Vosburgh B.Sc, N.D. - Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Sarah Vosburgh ND graduated from Queen’s University where she completed a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Kinesiology before earning her Naturopathic Medical Degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Sarah works with patients of all ages to treat many different health concerns including pain management, digestive disorders, insomnia, anxiety, weight-loss and women’s health concerns. Sarah is actively engaged in research and education and currently teaches Health Psychology and Wellness courses at Loyalist College. 

Sarah is committed to ensuring her patients feel empowered and supported with the tools to achieve optimal mental and physical health. She enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and gardening and plays many different sports including running, softball, volleyball and snowboarding.

Dr Lindsey Campbell B.Sc, N.D. - Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Lindsey Campbell ND has been living and practicing in Toronto for the past 6 years and is excited to be working with patients back in her hometown area in Cobourg. Dr Campbell is a graduate of Wilfred Laurier University where she received a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Biology and Chemistry.

She maintains a general practice and enjoys working with  patients with a variety of health concerns including; insomnia, fatigue, stress, anxiety and depression, hormonal and thyroid concerns. Dr Campbell is passionate about helping her patients achieve their health goals through multiple Naturopathic modalities.  She is also certified in Intravenous infusion therapy (IVIT).

When she’s not with patients or diving into the latest health research you’ll find her cross-country skiing, rollerblading, swimming/cold plunging or tackling a long-distance hiking trip.

Theresa Harding, RMT - Registered Massage Therapist

Theresa Harding is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated in 1999 from Fleming College. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO) and Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario (RMTAO).  Teresa has been practicing for more than 15 years.

Teresa was first motivated to become a Registered Massage Therapist as her parents suffered from arthritis and she wanted to help her clients with pain feel their best.  She modifies her treatment pressure based on the needs of her clients, which ranges from deep pressure massage to a more, gentle approach if required.

In her spare time, she enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with her family.

Michaela Strong, RMT - Registered Massage Therapist

Michaela Strong is a recent graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College, where she gained extensive experience through her clinical placements in a variety of settings, ranging from long-term care facilities to athlete clinics. This diverse background allows Michaela to effectively address a wide range of client needs.

She specializes in assessment, injury recovery, and therapeutic exercise, offering personalized treatments designed to support your unique health and wellness goals. Michaela also recognizes the importance of relaxation massage and its many physiological benefits, tailoring her approach to create a customized plan that works best for you.

When she’s not practicing massage therapy, Michaela enjoys staying active through triathlons, camping, reading, and birdwatching.

Sandra McGregor BA (Hons), BEd - Psychotherapy

Sandra McGregor is a graduate of The Gestalt Institute of Toronto and will soon be a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Her study of Gestalt Therapy dates back over thirty years and is enriched by a career in education, cultural immersion, and a deep connection to art and nature. In this therapeutic alliance, you can expect a safe and non-judgmental environment to explore the places where you are stuck, disconnected and unfulfilled. Sandra trusts our intrinsic human capacity for growth and our ability to transform our lives, if given the support we need. She believes that seeking psychotherapy during challenging times is not a sign of weakness but rather a progressive step towards building resilience and reclaiming a sense of well-being.

Alaria Ritchie - Pilates / Yoga Instructor

STOTT PILATES, Hatha Yoga instructor and Somatic Movement Educator

Alaria Ritchie is a STOTT PILATES Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning Specialist, with 12 years of experience.  Having worked previously as a Physiotherapist Assistant, she has experiencing helping clients with Arthritis (OA and RA), Traumatic Brain Injury, and Multiple Sclerosis. Cheryl Price
Cheryl is a dedicated customer service specialist with over 30 year’s experience.

She takes pride in providing proactive customer service and her professionalism, happy and kind demeanour make her a great fit for the Living Well Health team.

Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to a great podcast and enjoying quiet time at home

Jennifer Martino
With nearly two decades of experience in the medical field, Jennifer has devoted her career to providing compassionate care as a nurse. Her passion for helping others and supporting their wellness journeys is evident in everything she does. She is a passionate team member at the Living Well  Health team. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her pets, and exploring the great outdoors.

Diana Knot & Rylee Newell - Clinic Administrative Team

Diana Knot
Diana is an accomplished administrative professional with over 20 years of experience working as a DSW, payroll, scheduling and various administrative roles. She is dedicated to improving team efficiency and productivity. Her strong organizational skills and proactive approach have made her an invaluable asset to the Living Well team. Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending quality time with her family and playing the guitar.

Rylee Newell
Rylee is a dedicated Medical Office Administrator with over 8 years of experience in the healthcare field. She graduated from Durham College in 2016 with a Medical Office Administration Diploma. She has a strong set of administrative and organizational skills and is passionate about ensuring the smooth operation at the Living Well Integrative Health Centre.

Outside of work, she enjoy spending time outdoors, getting lost in a good book, and caring for her beloved fur babies.
